To become a new patient at Dignity, Value, and Worth Therapy, you can call our office or email: tcurtis@dvwtherapy.org  to schedule an initial appointment. During your appointment, we will gather information about your mental health history and discuss your current mental health needs.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment at Dignity, Value, and Worth Therapy. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of care.

If you fail to cancel your appointment as is required by our cancellation policy, it will be considered a no-show. There is a fee of $25 for a no-show appointment. This fee may be waived depending on circumstances of the no-show. If you have two no-show missed appointments in a row and you fail to respond to outreach from the agency you will be discharged for non compliance and non attendance. 

Dignity, Value, and Worth is a Behavioral Health Therapy providing various modes of treatment within the competency and scope of practice of the therapist. It may or may not include a faith based Christian/Biblical treatment. If you notify and consent to a Christian Faith Based Treatment it will be provided for you. The Therapist has been licensed in ministry since 2000 and provides Faith Based Therapy when requested.
